Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
Items showing visible signs of use or wear.
Personalized or customized products.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective on arrival).
Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened or unsealed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, at your preference, subject to product availability.
4. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved and the item is received/verified:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We do not offer size, color, or preference-based exchanges at this time.
8. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

To start a return or refund request, please email us with your order number and the details listed in Section 3 (if applicable).
